Buchi-Glass Nutsche Filters are specifically designed for use in
the pharmaceutical and chemical environments.
Only corrosion resistant materials such as Borosilicate glass
3.3, PTFE, glass lined steel and stainless steel are used for
construction. Therefore Buchi filters are perfectly suited for
filtration processes of corrosive suspensions in a sealed vessel
under vacuum or slight pressure up to 0.5 bar/7 psig. The easily
removable cover plate (Fig. 1) allows for efficient removing of the
the filtrate. The optional lifting device (Fig. 3) allows for quick
access to the filter leaf (Fig. 2) and for cleaning purposes of the
inside vessel. Heating jackets and agitators are optional. These
filters can be fully customized according to your needs e.g.
equipped with wheels or quick connect fittings.
